The NRMCA 2025 Annual Convention, held in March, in Tucson, Ariz., celebrated individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the concrete industry. With a remarkable career spanning more than 45 years in the concrete industry, Terry has contributed extensively to ready mix concrete, precast, masonry, and chemical admixtures. Today, he leads a crucial team of experts providing technical support for admixture products to Chryso North America customers.

Additionally, he has played a significant role in the NRMCA Research, Engineering, and Standards (RES) Committee, driving the development of publications, resources, and performance-based specifications. He is also an Advisory Council member of the Concrete Advancement Foundation.
The award is named for Richard D. Gaynor, who served NRMCA for more than 40 years until his retirement in 1997 as the Executive Vice President of the Engineering Division.
