What is ADVA® Cast?

ADVA® Cast is a series of high-efficiency, polycarboxylate-based, high-range, water-reducing admixtures for the precast/prestressed concrete industry. In addition to providing excellent water reduction, ADVA® Cast products generate higher compressive strengths, better slump retention, improved rheology, enhanced air control, superior finishability and robustness across a wide range of materials, including both flowable and self-consolidating concrete.

 

High-Strength SCC

Solve challenging forms, improve efficiency and quality with high-strength SCC. Self-consolidating concrete is a highly flowable, non-segregating concrete that spreads into place, fills formwork, self-compacts and encapsulates even the most congested reinforcement, all without any mechanical vibration. This type of concrete flows evenly around complex or congested forms without segregation.

Self-consolidating concrete produced with ADVA® Cast products provides unique advantages over conventional flowing concrete resulting in high-quality, high performance, precast concrete elements.

ADVA® CAST 535

ADVA® Cast 535 admixture is a high efficiency, polycarboxylate-based high-range water reducer designed for the production of a wide range of concrete mixes, from conventional to Self-Consolidating Concrete (SCC). It is designed to impart extreme workability without segregation to the concrete. ADVA® Cast 535 is supplied as a ready-to-use liquid that weighs approximately 1.0 kg/L (8.5 lbs/gal), and ADVA® Cast 535 does not contain intentionally added chlorides.

Chryso®AdvaCast 555

Advacast 555 is a high efficiency polycarboxylate-based superplasticizer. Advacast 555 has been formulated to impart maximum desired workability without segregation to concrete and to achieve high early compressive strength as required by the precast industry. Advacast 555 is optimized for the production of Self-Consolidating Concrete (SCC) in precast/ prestressed applications. Advacast 555 is formulated to comply with ASTM C494 as a Type A and F and ASTM C1017 Type I. Meets or exceeds the requirements of ASTM C494 Type F, and ASTM C1017 Type I.  Advacast 555 is supplied as a ready-to-use brown liquid. One gallon weighs approximately 8.90 lbs (one liter weighs approximately 1.07 kg). Advacast 555 contains no intentionally added chlorides.

Adva®Cast 575

Adva®Cast 575 is a high-range water-reducing admixture designed to deliver extreme workability, improving flow characteristics, placement efficiency, and mix versatility. It is ideal for a wide range of concrete applications, from conventional mixes to Self-Consolidating Concrete (SCC), requiring high performance at low addition rates. This product features a high-efficiency, polycarboxylate-based formulation, making it well-suited for producing highly workable concrete without segregation. Meets or exceeds the requirements: ASTM: C494 Type A, F and ASTM C1017 AASHTO: M194, Type A, F NSF/ANSI/CAN 61 Certified Admixture

Chryso®Adva Cast 585

Adva®Cast 585 admixture is a high efficiency, low addition rate polycarboxylate-based high-range water reducer designed for the production of a wide range of concrete mixes, from conventional to Self Consolidating Concrete. It is designed to impart extreme workability without segregation to the concrete. Meets or exceeds the requirements of ASTM C494 Type A & F, and ASTM C1017 Type I.  The product is supplied as a ready-to-use liquid that weighs approximately 1.1 kg/L (9.0 lbs/gal). Adva®Cast 585 high-range water reducer does not contain intentionally added chlorides.

Adva® Cast 593

Chryso®Adva Cast 593 is a high efficiency, low addition rate polycarboxylate-based high-range water reducer designed for the production of a wide range of concrete mixes, from conventional to Self-Consolidating Concrete (SCC). It is designed to impart extreme workability without segregation to the concrete. Meets or exceeds the requirements of ASTM C494 Type F.  Chryso®AdvaCast 593 admixture is supplied as a ready-to-use liquid that weighs approximately 9.0 lbs/gal (1.1 kg/L). It does not contain intentionally added chlorides.

Chryso®Adva Cast 600

Chryso®Adva Cast 600 is a polycarboxylate based high-range water reducer designed for the production of conventional and self consolidating concrete. It is formulated to provide extended slump life along with excellent workability without segregation. The product is supplied as a ready to use liquid that weighs approximately 8.9 lbs/gal (1.1 kg/L).  Meets or exceeds the requirements of ASTM C494 Type A & F, and ASTM C1017 Type I.
